No! Once you are a member you will have access to any templates you have added to your cart and successfully checked out with. Your downloads will be available in your account dashboard for the life of your account even if you are no longer a member.
No. Due to the nature of this membership and it’s low cost we do not offer any discounts on this membership. If you are already a member in a different discount membership and would like to switch over simply cancel your existing membership and enroll in the ALL ACCESS membership.
YES! You can cancel your membership at any time in your account dashboard!
Once your subscription is cancelled, you will still have access to your membership for the remainder of the month that you paid for. No refunds will be given for subscriptions cancelled on the same day they renew or after the payment has been received for the current month. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued.
We do not offer replacements for products downloaded via an All Access Subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure the backup and safekeeping of any downloaded files
